Heather Wise, DMD, Pediatric Dentist

Dr. Heather was born and raised in Glasgow, Kentucky. After receiving her Bachelor of Science from Campbellsville University, she was accepted into the University of Kentucky’s College of Dentistry. At UK, Dr. Heather completed her doctorate in dental medicine and a two year residency program in Pediatric Dentistry.

Dr. Heather is married to Max Wise, who is an assistant professor of political science at Campbellsville University. They live in Campbellsville with their three children: Grayson, Jackson, and Carter. The Wise family is very active in their church and community. In her free time, Dr. Heather enjoys spending time with her children, playing golf, and cheering for the Notre Dame football team. Go Irish!

Cheryl Hensel - Practice Coordinator

Cheryl is a native of Glasgow, Kentucky and worked at RR Donnelley for 28 years in the purchasing department. She decided to join her daughter, Dr. Heather, in her new pediatric dental office as the practice coordinator. Her ability to learn new skills and eagerness to take on new challenges has had a positive affect on the efficiency of our office.

Cheryl has been married to Walter Hensel for 25 years and has raised three children: Dr. Heather and her family live in Campbellsville, Ashlie lives in Key West, Florida with her children, and Cale is a senior at Georgia Tech in Atlanta, Georgia. Cheryl enjoys playing competitive tennis, playing bunko, and riding her motorcycle in her free time. She also takes every opportunity she has to see her five grandchildren: Grayson, Jackson, Parker, Simon, and Carter.

Melanie Gray - Dental Assitant – Expanded Duty

Melanie grew up in Summersville and has been working in medical/dental field for over 12 years. Melanie’s background and knowledge in orthodontics has been a great addition to our kid friendly practice. She loves the challenge of making the child’s experience an enjoyable visit. Melanie is certified in x-ray safety and technique, coronal polishing and as an expanded duty dental auxillary. She also sees most of our patients who need to be fitted for space maintenance.

Melanie lives in Campbellsville with her 5 year old son Trevor. She is very active with Trevor’s t-ball, soccer, and upward basketball teams. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is an excellent cook!

Jennifer Judd -Dental Assistant – Expanded Duty

Jennifer was born and raised in Taylor County and has been in the dental field since 2002. She enjoys working with the variety of patients seen in a pediatric dental office. From infants to special needs, Jennifer’s big heart and sincere personality is a huge attribute to Wise Dentistry for Kids. Jennifer has worked hard to complete her certification in x-ray safety and technique, coronal polishing, and as an expanded duty dental auxiliary.

Jennifer has been married to Nicholas Judd for 10 years. They live in Greensburg with their three children: Chelsea, Sarah, and Andrew.
The Judd family attends Mt. Gilead Baptist Church. Jennifer is very active within her church community. She teaches the 1st and 2nd grade Sunday school class and enjoys working with the youth and singing.

Kelly Noel - Front Office Coordinator

Kelly has been with the team at Wise Dentistry for Kids since August 2008.  She is a native of Taylor County.  She graduated from Taylor County High School and attended Western KY University.  Kelly’s professionalism and people skills are a tremendous asset to the practice.  Kelly is very friendly and brings excellent computer skills to the front office.  Kelly married Jamie Noel, they live in Campbellsville with their two sons; Ruger and Ryder.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.  The family enjoys outdoor activities such as four-wheeler riding.



Victoria Wakefield - Office Assistant
Victoria is a native of Green County.  She is a 2009 graduate of Green Co High School.  Victoria will be attending Elizabethtown Community College, where she plans to get her nursing degree.  Victoria currently lives in Summersville, KY with her parents, Tony & Nikki Wakefield, and her younger sister Ariel.  When Victoria is not working with the kids at the office, she enjoys umpiring girls youth softball at the American Legion Park in Greensburg.

Kamie Lee - Dental Hygienist
Kamie grew up in east Tennessee, but has lived in Kentucky for 15 years now.  She graduated from East Tennessee State University with a degree in Dental Hygiene.  Kamie has worked in dental offices in both Kentucky and Tennessee.  Kamie has been with the Wise Dentistry for Kids team since November 2008.  Kamie brings excellent skills to our office and enjoys working with small children as well as teenagers.  Kamie is married to Steve Lee, a native of Campbellsville, and they have three children together; Jacob, Caleb, and Kaitlyn.  Kamie enjoys cooking, watching her son play football and baseball, and spending time with family and friends.
